Right to access

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. You can contact Bush Engineering Services Ltd an we will provide you with your personal data via email.

Right of rectification

You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if the information is incorrect or incomplete. If other parties have been passed the information, where possible Bush Engineering Services Ltd will inform them of the rectification undertaken.

Right to erasure

You have the right to your information being erased, however we will only delete or remove your information on request if there is no compelling reason for us to keep it, such as legal contractual obligations, for the ongoing administration of a customer account or transactions for book keeping purposes.

Retention of your personal data

Records are kept for as long a they are needed to meet the operational needs of Bush Engineering Services Ltd together with legal and regulatory requirements. The retention of data is monitored and reviewed on an annual basis. All data is deleted in accordance with Bush Engineering Services Ltd disposal schedule where predetermined periods of retention have been agreed.

Implementation, monitoring and review of this notice

This policy will take effect from 25th May 2018. The Directors have overall responsibility for implementing and monitoring this policy, which will be reviewed on a regular basis following its implementation and may be changed from time to time.
